Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and growing existing customer relationships through sales and product demonstrations. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

Duties

• Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and engage potential customers for our products and services.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Partner with existing technical group to conduct product demos, failure reviews, and presentations to showcase our technology sales solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with the sales management team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely sales reports.
• Meet or exceed sales performance goals.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of TRC Services of Texas, Inc products and services and their applications in the retail sales and technical sales markets.
• Utilize software and technology tools to support sales efforts and improve sales productivity.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support sales growth.

• Proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry, especially in the Sucker Rod business.
• Strong background in retail sales, technical sales, or technology sales.
• Experience in sales management, including sales strategy development and sales team leadership.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in product demos and presentations.
• Familiarity with Rod Lift software and technology sales solutions.
• A bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
