Regional Direct Sales Manager

Astound is seeking a Regional Direct Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential and small-business subscriber base. In this role, you will build, coach, and motivate a high-performing direct sales team to promote Astound's fiber-rich internet, TV, and phone solutions. You'll own regional sales strategy, territory planning, and performance management while partnering with marketing and operations to drive targeted campaigns.

This position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Astound's culture and community focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional direct sales team to achieve subscriber and revenue targets.
• Design and execute regional direct sales strategies and territory plans for residential and small-business customers.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools, adjusting tactics to meet goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to support localized campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with Astound's customer-first culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives on products, pricing, and sales processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage regional sales budgets, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Represent Astound in local community events to build brand presence and drive leads.
