Senior Geologist: Basin Play Leader & Analyst

Diamondback E&P LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Geologist in Midland, Texas. This role involves regional and local geologic interpretation across the Permian Basin, supporting various assets. Responsibilities include collecting and integrating data, developing field studies, and generating high-quality geologic recommendations. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years as a petroleum geologist, a Bachelor's degree in Geology, and strong skills in play analysis and communication.

Experience in horizontal drilling and unconventional resource assessment is preferred.
