Position SummarySupports environmental permitting and compliance activities for pipeline and facilities projects in the Southwest Division (SWD), primarily in Texas and New Mexico. This entry‑level role assists senior environmental staff with consultant coordination, regulatory compliance support, tracking environmental deliverables, and document and invoice management.

Key Responsibilities- Support environmental permitting for projects on federal, state, and private lands
- Assist with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and New Mexico State Land Office (SLO) requirements
- Coordinate with external consultants to compile environmental and permitting documents
- Support compliance with Bureau of Land Management (BLM), State Land Office (SLO), US Army Corps (USACE), and US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) requirements
- Establish a working relationship with key personnel at regulatory agencies
- Coordinate with internal project teams to support routing guidance and schedules
- Track environmental deliverables, permit status, and agency requests
- Maintain organized project files and records
- Support Oracle invoicing and purchase order (PO) tracking
- Preferred 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Interest in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance
- Basic knowledge of NEPA, Clean Water Act (CWA), and Endangered Species Act (ESA)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (up to 30%)
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
- Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre‑employment D&A testing
