Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver Overnights

As a  Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Unit  in  Midland, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol the location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, remaining prepared to respond to access control issues, disturbances, and/or other security-related concerns.
Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies, helping to deter unauthorized activity and supporting appropriate response measures when needed.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and communicate professionally with occupants and visitors regarding site rules, directions, and/or security-related questions.

Minimum Requirements:

An armed guard card or license is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
