We are a 3rd and 4th generation, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company proudly serving Midland and West Texas. With deep community roots and a reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and integrity, we provide residential and commercial plumbing services — including trenchless pipe repair, sewer replacements, and 24/7 emergency response.

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to provide high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Midland and surrounding West Texas communities. This role requires strong diagnostic ability, professionalism, and the capacity to independently handle a wide range of plumbing services including sewer and drain work, trenchless pipe repair, slab leaks, water heaters, and gas lines.

This is a customer-facing position requiring strong communication skills, integrity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Respond to residential and commercial service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform sewer replacements and trenchless pipe repairs
• Conduct drain cleaning and camera inspections
• Detect and repair slab leaks
• Install and repair water heaters (gas and electric)
• Perform gas line installations and repairs
• Provide upfront communication and professional recommendations to customers
• Utilize House Call Pro software in the field
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 weekend every 7 weeks)
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Active Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or higher preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience in residential service plumbing
• Sewer and drain experience preferred
• Comfortable using field software and technology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic and integrity

• Commission-based pay (25–30% of ticket)
• $42+ per hour earning potential

The compensation for this position is expected to start at $42+ per hour plus commission-based pay. This is a good‑faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
