- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in oilfield services preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work rotating schedules and travel
- Basic mechanical aptitude
