Kodiak Gas Services is hiring Entry-Level Overhaul Technicians in Midland, TX to inspect and repair compression units in support of oilfield operations. This is a full-time position ideal for mechanically inclined candidates with technical training or related experience. Technicians will work closely with field leaders and perform repairs in outdoor environments.

• 0–2 years of experience in natural gas compression or related field
• OEM training, trade school, or hands-on experience
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow manuals

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments

• Familiarity with compression units or rotating equipment
• Clear communication and teamwork under time constraints
• Ability to travel and work across multiple regions
• Comfort working in high-noise, outdoor, and hazardous conditions
