Integrity First Chem Dry is seeking a success‑oriented individual. Preferring prior experience in the carpet cleaning and floor care industry, however we are willing to train the right individual. As one of our professional carpet cleaning technicians, you will be using the latest hi‑tech cleaning methods and equipment to clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, tile, and grout.

Responsibilities
:

• Use hi‑tech cleaning methods and equipment to clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, tile, and grout.
• Provide excellent customer service and work with minimal supervision as part of a team.

Qualifications
:

• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude, self‑driven, and detailed‑oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Neat and professional appearance.

Location and Travel
:
The job location is in Midland, Texas. Applicants must be willing to travel between our Midland and Amarillo locations. Transportation and motel will be provided for travel.

Schedule
:
Schedules are subject to change. Willingness to work some long days and weekends as needed.

Compensation
:
On‑job training pays $12.50/ht with raises upon certification levels. Once certified as a Lead Tech, opportunities for daily bonuses.
