Work on diverse, hands-on installations-from basic layout and support tasks to complex startups, crew leadership, and project planning-collaborating with teams, foremen, and other trades to deliver precise, code-compliant systems that power safer, more efficient, and sustainable facilities nationwide.

* Level I (Entry-Level):
Assist experienced installers with basic fabrication, assembly, layout, cutting, bending, and sealing of ductwork under direct supervision; perform general site cleanup, material handling/loading/unloading, tool organization, and support tasks; participate in safety briefings and learn dry-side HVAC basics through on-the-job training.

* Level II (Mid-Level):
Independently handle standard fabrication, installation, and repairs of sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and accessories per blueprints and SMACNA standards; perform quality checks, minor troubleshooting, duct sealing/hanging, and documentation; mentor Level I installers and coordinate with trades as needed.

* Level III (Senior-Level):
Lead advanced installations, modifications, and repairs of complex sheet metal systems; conduct equipment startups, functional testing, system balancing, and final checkouts; troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision; provide coaching/mentoring to Levels I-II and act as lead on sections of projects.

* Level IV (Master/Lead-Level):
Collaborate with General Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager to develop project-specific task plans, labor/material requirements, takeoffs, field surveys, and sequencing; oversee daily crew functions, scheduling, material control, inspections, weekly reports (safety/production), and startup coordination; proactively resolve issues, ensure compliance with standards, train/mentor crew, and drive efficiency/safety across jobsites.

All levels:
Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols (daily hazard assessments, toolbox talks, PPE usage); document work, progress, and incidents accurately; actively pursue personal/professional growth in sheet metal and dry-side HVAC practices.
