What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily installation projects and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage and support installation crews, providing direction and problem-solving on-site.
• Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are clear and satisfaction is high.
• Inspect completed work to confirm it meets company and customer standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials and schedules are aligned.

What You Bring:

• Bilingual Spanish/English - Ability to communicate effectively with crews and clients.
• Leadership Experience - Background managing teams in installation, construction, or similar environments.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset - Strong focus on quality and getting the job done right.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to handle issues in real time and keep projects moving.
• Field Experience - Hands-on experience in installation or construction environments.
