Sign Installer

As a Sign Installer, you will perform installation and maintenance of sign products for existing and new construction. You will install signs of all sizes on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures using a wide range of tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while providing outstanding service to customers.

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of exterior & interior signage
• Comprehend shop drawings, site plans, and sign location drawings
• Lifting 75 lbs and working at heights as well as confined spaces
• Load and transport signage to destination
• Prepare worksite by removing unwanted signage and preparing mounting surfaces
• Follow all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases
• Install signage in strict compliance with the work order
• Clean installation site
• Perform a quality control review and report findings to store leadership
• Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

• Clean and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Familiarity with power tools preferred
• Electrical background strongly preferred
• Previous sign installation experience helpful

• Full Time:
  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
