Field Technicians – 14/7 Rotation – Equipment Support – Midland, TX
Thomas is seeking Field Technicians to support oilfield equipment operations throughout the Midland, TX region. This position involves rigging up and down rental equipment, performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable service on customer sites. Ideal for candidates with oilfield experience, technical skills, and the ability to work a 14/7 rotational schedule in outdoor conditions.

- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work independently
- Must pass drug test, background check, and MVR review
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
