Field Specialist – ESP Operations

The Field Specialist supports ESP operations, overseeing pre‑check, installation, testing and basic on‑site maintenance. The role ensures compliance with safety and HSE standards and serves as the primary contact for customers.

• Assist with installation/pulling of ESP and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells.
• Assist with testing ESP equipment to maximize well productivity.
• Follow internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Act as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders.
• Maintain awareness of the operational status of field equipment at the well site.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of Artificial Lift and ESP experience.
• Relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Basic knowledge of running ESP or Artificial Lift tools or equipment.
