Roustabouts

Atlantic Energy Partners is hiring roustabouts in Midland, TX to lead crews on pipeline construction sites. These roustabouts will oversee daily field operations, mentor less experienced personnel, and support oilfield pipeline installations. The role requires hands-on experience with poly fusion, fiberglass, and flex-steel pipeline systems. Ideal candidates are experienced field leaders with strong technical knowledge and equipment operation skills.
Perks & benefits:- $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
- McElroy poly fusing machine experience up to 24"
- Fiberglass pipeline experience
- Flex-pipe / Flex-steel pipeline experience
- At least 2 years of oilfield construction field experience
- Experience operating backhoe, forklift, skid loader, trucks and trailers, vacuum truck
- Ability to work in person/on-site
- Proven leadership experience leading pipeline crews
- Experience mentoring less experienced personnel
- Strong technical expertise in oilfield pipeline systems
