Build the Future with Us — Equipment Share is Hiring a Shop Technician (Hydraulic Pumps and Tools)
Location: Midland, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime after 40 hours. Role may require on‑call scheduling with additional compensation.
Primary Responsibilities- Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
- Use technology (laptops, tablets, mobile phone) comfortably
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools (Hydraulic Pumps, pneumatic tools, small engines) under supervision and using independent judgment
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
- Assist with pick‑up and delivery of equipment & parts
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
- Year‑round company provided OEM training
- Other duties, assigned as needed

- Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hydraulic pumps, power tools, schematics and diagrams
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Active applicable state class driver's license
- Construction knowledge and background preferred
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Position is safety‑sensitive and employment is contingent on passing a 10‑panel drug screen
