Shop Technician; Hydraulic Pumps and Tools

Build the Future with Us — Equipment Share is Hiring a Shop Technician (Hydraulic Pumps and Tools)

Location: Midland, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime after 40 hours. Role may require on‑call scheduling with additional compensation.

• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Use technology (laptops, tablets, mobile phone) comfortably
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools (Hydraulic Pumps, pneumatic tools, small engines) under supervision and using independent judgment
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
• Assist with pick‑up and delivery of equipment & parts
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
• Year‑round company provided OEM training
• Other duties, assigned as needed

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hydraulic pumps, power tools, schematics and diagrams

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Active applicable state class driver's license
• Construction knowledge and background preferred

• Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Position is safety‑sensitive and employment is contingent on passing a 10‑panel drug screen
