Lead-Maintenance Team Member; Onsite

Position Summary

Position:
Maintenance Technician - Electrical and Mechanical (Onsite).

Location:

Macon Rd, MPC, Midland, GA.

Hours:

1st shift, 4x10, Monday-Thursday, 06:00 a.m.

- 04:30 p.m.

Required U.S. citizenship (no alternate immigration status allowed).

• Repair, service and calibrate complex electronic and electrical systems using hard-wired or computerized controls, power distribution, instrumentation, and related equipment.
• Work from drawings, service manuals, or situational descriptions to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures involving electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Perform tests with oscilloscopes, recorders, and digital measuring equipment to identify faulty circuits and implement repairs.
• Replace or substitute components such as amplifiers, logic cards, memory units, feedback devices, high-voltage switches, printed circuit boards, and other necessary items.
• Support machining cell operations to improve preventive maintenance coverage, accelerate equipment response, and enhance reliability while reducing unplanned downtime.
• Demonstrate commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and continuous-improvement programs by complying with all policies, completing required training, and participating in applicable committee activities.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for all positions under this program/contract.
• Minimum of 2 years’ industrial maintenance experience working directly with machines (electrical and mechanical).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
