POSITION: Electrical Foreman

Department: School Plant Services
Reports To: Facilities Control & Compliance Supervisor
Education- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Maintain a Master Electrician’s License from the State of Texas
- On-the-job experience and knowledge of electrical system repair and maintenance
- Five years prior experience as a licensed Electrician
- Extensive knowledge of electrical circuits, systems and equipment repairs and repair techniques including maintenance and new construction
- General knowledge and aptitude of building construction and electrical systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Background in general electrical industry and energy efficient electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Proven ability to manage a group of people
- Ability to plan and budget projects
- Working knowledge and ability to read construction documents, drawings and equipment schematic drawings
- General computer knowledge
- Moderate lifting, 50 lbs.
