** The Building & Corporate Services Technician will be a hands-on role supporting the Company on building maintenance, moving, construction, meeting preparations, and other ad hoc activities. The successful incumbent will be both a mechanically inclined, hands-on doer, as well as an excellent communicator.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Include but are not limited to
** Oversee the work of vendors and service providers as needed.
* Routinely drive between multiple Company locations and vendors to deliver materials and supplies and conduct maintenance.
* Act as the central point of contact for any building maintenance inquiries, including, but not limited to:
Renovations, Office Furniture (repair, construction, and replacement)
* Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance
* Leverage experience to thoughtfully recommend facilities solutions and approaches that add value for the Company.
* Create and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources, Safety and Security, and other teams.

* Required Qualifications:

*** At least 1 year of experience with hands-on mechanical, construction, or technical work in a building maintenance setting
* At least 1 year of experience and a sound knowledge of building skills, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general building repair
* Will need to be adept at using a variety of hand and electrical tools
* High School Diploma
* Safe driving record in order to maintain the ability to be insured by the Company’s insurance.
* Ability and desire to perform maintenance work
* Ability to lift 50 pounds on an irregular basis
* Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships and effectively communicate
* Excellent communication skills to submit ideas, proposals, and decisions (in writing and orally) in a professional and pleasant manner.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience in building construction would be beneficial
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, as required
* Demonstrated ability to be exceptional at learning
* Strong comfort level with accountability and delivering results
* Basic IT skills including the ability to use excel and outlook
* To occasionally be available for call outs, emergencies and after hours work
