Lead Structures Mechanic
LAUNCH Defense is seeking a Lead Structures Mechanic to provide hands‑on support for structural assembly, integration, and test of satellite flight hardware. This role focuses on precision mechanical build and structural integration within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
The Structures Mechanic Technician Lead works directly with engineering and production teams to assemble, fabricate, inspect, and integrate primary and secondary structures into spacecraft systems. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to aerospace workmanship standards.
