Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance:
Physically pull and install ESP cable and capillary tubing in oil wells. - Ensure punctuality for every assigned job.
- Maintain truck and trailer properly.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks.
- Submit expenses on time.
- GED or high school diploma.
- At least one year of experience with cable and capillary.
- Class A CDL.
- Proficiency in English (due to CDL requirements).
- Ability to band and clamp.
- Computer skills.
- Capability to perform cable splices.
Outside labor.
Hours / ShiftsAvailable when called; on call every other weekend.
Physical Demands- Ability to stand on rig floor.
- Ability to lift sheaves.
- Excellent communication with field personnel.
