We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations, lead skilled crews, and ensure commercial electrical projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing daily field operations and leading your team to deliver exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Project Superintendent and other trades to manage assigned electrical scopes.
  • Overseeing labor, materials, and production activities to keep projects on schedule.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and motivating electrical team members.
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards, project requirements, and safety expectations.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and enforcing job site safety practices.
  • Using technology, including company-provided tablets and smartphones, to improve communication, documentation, and project execution.
  • Resolving field challenges while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Supporting a productive and positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing electrical scopes for large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Experience leading, training, and developing field teams.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to complete project documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
