Job Title: Skid Steer Operator
Location: West Texas, TX
Reports to: Project Superintendent
Salary Range: $28 - $31 Hourly

What You Will Do:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skid Steer Operator to support our operations in the Midland / West Texas area. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately two months. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of operating a skid steer efficiently in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate a skid steer to perform material handling, grading, loading, and related tasks
- Conduct daily pre-use equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a crew and communicate clearly with supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Proven experience operating a skid steer (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Skid steer or other heavy equipment operator certifications/licenses are a strong plus
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to the job site on time
- Hourly pay: $28 – $31 per hour
, depending on experience - $100 per working day per diem
- Temporary assignment lasting approximately 2 months
