Journeyman Electricians - Midland, TX
White Tail Automation is seeking Journeyman Electricians to join their Electrical & Instrumentation team in Midland, Texas. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in industrial water/wastewater and oil & gas environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a Texas Journeyman Electrician License, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

- Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid Driver’s license
- 5+ years’ experience as an electrician, especially in industrial settings (Water/Wastewater and Oil & Gas)
- Experience leading construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams
- Ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to bend and install rigid conduit
- Understanding of instrumentation devices
- Motor terminations
- Customer service skills
- Successful completion of background checks and drug/alcohol testing
