The Bergaila Companies is seeking Maintenance Electricians to support compressor station operations in Texas and New Mexico. These professionals will play a crucial role in maintaining critical energy infrastructure, ensuring reliability and safety. • Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance or similar roles
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company‑provided trucks
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations, including Carlsbad, West Texas, and surrounding areas
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential overtime

• Previous experience working in compressor stations or energy facilities
• Familiarity with HVAC and motor controls
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Basic understanding of automation and instrumentation
• Technical training or certifications
• Journeyman electrician license
• At least 3 years of industrial electrical experience
