- Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial repair, equipment servicing, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Experience with hydraulic, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Experience using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers
- Familiarity with three-phase 480V and single-phase 120V electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and maintenance tracking
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Current work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship available)
