As a Shop Helper, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily shop operations, helping our production teams stay on schedule, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and contributing to the quality of the work we deliver to our customers.

• Assist with daily shop operations and support production needs.
• Work alongside the team to help meet production goals and deadlines.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow Premium’s safety and quality programs, company policies, and procedures.
• Support the team with other shop-related duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of general shop experience

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and related shop equipment.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to be a hands-on team player.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.

This is a hands-on shop position. The role requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, reach, and use hands frequently throughout the workday.
• Lift up to 45 pounds

• Work in a shop environment and be exposed to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Safely perform physical tasks associated with daily shop operations.
