Trilogy LLC is seeking experienced Flowback Operators to join their team in Midland, Texas. These professionals will operate and maintain flowback equipment, supervise crews, and ensure safety and efficiency in oilfield operations. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and ready for extensive travel and long shifts in the field.

- 4+ years of inland flowback/well testing or 7+ years of offshore experience
- High School diploma or GED (or equivalent oilfield experience)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid H2S, WHIMS, TDG certifications;
First Aid preferred - Ability to travel for extended periods and be on call 24/7
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Strong mechanical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
