We are seeking a compassionate and skilled FDV Case Manager to join our team.
The key objectives of this position are:
- To deliver case management services for women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence, supporting both women’s in building long-term stability and self-sufficiency and children’s safety, wellbeing and developmental needs
- To coordinate services for clients through advocacy, referrals and case planning, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
- To promote empowerment, safety and healing through ongoing trauma-informed care and ensuring clients have access to the resources they need for recovery.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Case Management and Advocacy
- Resource Coordination and Referrals
- Interagency and Internal Collaboration
- Documentation and Reporting
You will need:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant human services field or equivalent experience.
- Valid Working With Children’s Check
- Current Police Clearance (no older than 6 months from validation date)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
