Yorktown Central School District seeks a Social Worker for a leave replacement at the high school to support students, families, and staff in addressing personal, emotional, and social issues that affect learning.
Under the Director of Pupil Services, the successful candidate will conduct assessments, coordinate with families and outside agencies, maintain records, and contribute to dropout prevention and student wellbeing. NYS Certification as a School Social Worker is required.
