Spectrum of Solutions exists to provide a spectrum of resources and support to our community and to the individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Advocate: to promote and advance the rights and dignity of the IDD community. Educate: to educate the Permian basin about the contributions and value of the IDD community
V. SPECTRUM OF SOLUTIONS OBJECTIVESTo provide resources and efficient programs to address the needs & empower the lives of individuals with IDD, to assess and identify the continued and developing needs of the IDD community, to advocate on local, state, and federal levels the rights of individuals with IDD, to promote education through community learning sessions and events, to effectively inspire, recruit, maintain and appreciate volunteers, to secure long-term financial support to fund established priorities.
VI.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma/equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent role preferred
- Must be able to work in an office (not a remote role) and travel for company business as needed
- Valid Texas driver’s license and related insurance
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA):
- Knowledge of inventory and supply ordering, distribution, and control processes
- Proficient computer skills and ability to manage inventory, supply ordering, and accounting/cost software
- Proficient ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain precise standards, and follow established processes
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of each person's programs, various support services, and training for people with intellectual disabilities.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following key areas:
- Coordinate program plans by leading meetings and documenting goals and ensure annual review of plans.
- Deliver program plans by placing training documents in service locations and training staff on implementation and data collection.
- Monitor goals by overseeing staff interactions and data collection.
- Integrate services by finding community services that accept Medicaid.
- Record progress by directing staff in data collection and reviewing, and adjusting goals based on progress.
