Overview
- $24/hour to start + time-on-job raises + overtime + sign-on bonus + per diem

2 weeks on/1 week off, 70-80 hours a week - Work:
Transport and deliver hazardous materials (diesel) in a bobtail (class B tanker) to customers in our Midland market, applying skills and experience in commercial driving and knowledge of hazmat safety and DOT regulations.
- Safely transport and deliver diesel fuel via class B tanker (bobtail).
- Perform thorough pre and post trip inspections + adhere to all DOT, Hazmat, and Texas Pride Fuels safety regulations
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and customer delivery documentation
- Communicate with logistics partners to ensure customer needs are met
- Class A or B CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements (X)
- Operation of manual transmission (No E Restriction)
- Minimum of 2 years Class A or B truck driving experience
- Minimum of 1 year Tanker/Fluid truck driving experience.
- Must be registered on the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse prior to start
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation Compliance.
- Knowledge of OSHA Compliance.
- Ability to proficiently speak, write, and read the English language.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam.
- Must have knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations governing safe driving, "Hours of Service", inspection and maintenance basics.
- Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION.
- Must satisfactorily pass a drug test, alcohol test, and background check.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the work and the industry.
- Must be insurable with the company.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- $24/hour to start
- Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour
- Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week
- $300 sign-on bonus
- $69/day per diem
- PTO in first year
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance available after 60 days of employment
- 401k after a year of service with 4% company match
- 2 weeks on/1 week off
- Local/regional routes in/around Midland, TX
- Occasional longer routes as needed within DOT hours of service
