Pay Range: $18–$20/hour DOE + Bonus/Commission Eligible

THE ROLE
Winston Water Cooler is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Midland, TX team. This position supports warehouse operations and customer deliveries through material handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and the safe operation of a non-CDL delivery vehicle. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent service to customers.
You'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, and delivered while helping support the day‑to‑day operations of our branch.
- Drive a non-CDL company truck to transport materials to customer locations and job sites while following all traffic laws and company safety requirements.
- Complete multiple deliveries throughout the day, safely navigating customer facilities, construction sites, and congested areas.
- Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming inventory using scanners, computer systems, and manual logs.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment and customer pickup.
- Store inventory in an organized, labeled, and accessible manner throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy investigations.
- Maintain records related to inventory movement, stock usage, and damaged materials.
- Inspect vehicles, equipment, and materials for wear or defects and report concerns to management.
- Keep warehouse, storage areas, delivery vehicles, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies, work procedures, and customer site requirements.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds or more occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including on uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructions.
- Sound judgment and the ability to solve routine problems independently.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Forklift experience preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse software is a plus but not required.
- Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, distribution, or supply house experience is helpful but not required.
- Stable, full‑time weekday schedule with no nights or weekends.
