CIP is a chemical and field-services company serving oil and gas operators across the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, and DJ Basin. We treat over 5 million barrels of produced water daily and run boots-on-the-ground operations out of Midland, Fort Worth, Pecos, and Pleasanton, TX, and Carlsbad, NM. We treat every customer as a business partner and every job as something to be done safe, profitable, and right the first time.
Our Acid Division is an execution business, not commodity delivery. We are looking for people who show up, take ownership, and want to build a career in the field — not just collect a check.
The RoleThe Swamper is the operator’s right hand on acid and well-stimulation jobs. You will work alongside the pump/truck operator at the wellsite — rigging up and rigging down, handling chemicals and acid safely, and keeping the job moving. This is the entry seat into our field operations and the proven path to Operator and beyond for people who earn it.
What You’ll Do- Rig up and rig down treating iron, hoses, and lines at the wellhead
- Spot and ground-guide the operator when positioning acid and pump units
- Load, unload, and safely handle acid, chemicals, and materials
- Connect hoses to tanks, manifolds, and wellheads; monitor lines for leaks during the job
- Perform equipment wash-down, cleanup, and basic maintenance after each job
- Maintain safety discipline, proper PPE use, and spill-response readiness at all times
- Support accurate job documentation and chain-of-custody on materials
This is a driver-qualified field role. Candidates must already hold all of the following on day one. Applications without a current CDL and Haz Mat/Tanker endorsements will not be considered.
