Job Description
Peak’s Asset Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all asset additions, transfers, and disposals for the business unit.

- Perform quarterly audits of the rental fleet by physically touching and photographing every asset once a quarter. When performing quarterly audits the “Fixed Asset Listing” will be used as a guide to verify asset information.
- Verify licensing, registration and VIN / Serial Number are correct as listed on the Fixed Asset Listing (FAL) and in Shop Fax.
- Ensure that all company decals and unit numbers are in place on all assets.
- Assist with recommendations for the annual district budget regarding upcoming equipment replacement requirements.
- Ensure conformance with registration requirements.
- Perform special assignments as assigned.

Requirements- HS diploma or GED.
- Equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 1-3 years system process management experience with emphasis on fleet and facility maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance required.
- Prior experience with loss prevention and managing company assets or property and ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed, particularly as it pertains to usage of company equipment, vehicles and fuel cards/pins.
- General knowledge of heavy equipment, oilfield equipment and vehicles.
- Proven ability to define and communicate objectives, delegate and prioritize assignments, and accomplish desired results.
- Demonstrated ability to focus & manage multiple priorities.
- Computer
Skills:
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access) Required. - Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select’s insurance guidelines.

- This position mostly works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, Overtime when required.
- Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
- Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to individually lift:
