A and P + Patrol Pilot; Career Transition Program

We are looking for a multi‑talented addition to our fast‑growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working on airplanes and low‑level VFR flying, has at least 400 total flight hours, and is available immediately.

As part of our Career Transition Program, you will perform maintenance and flight duties approximately 50% each. The role requires an 18‑month commitment, during which the company will help you accumulate the hours needed to reach ATP certification.

• Maintain our fleet of Cessna 172 aircraft at the Midland, TX home base.
• Fly 50% of the time, patrolling oil fields in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
• Build flight time and skills toward ATP or R‑ATP eligibility.
• Operate safely in high winds and on short runways; demonstrate excellent stick and rudder control and situational awareness.
• Travel as required.

• Commercial pilot certificate with single‑engine land rating.
• Instrument rating.
• A&P license.
• Minimum 400 total flight hours.
• Preferred: previous commercial pilot experience, CFI certificate.
• Comfortable with high‑wind conditions and short runways.

18‑month fixed‑term contract with a completion bonus. Salary is paid monthly; employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums.
