$5K Hiring Bonus Flatbed CDL-A Regional Driver:

We are seeking experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western region. Duties include transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a $5,000 hiring bonus for qualified applicants.

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 (dependent on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service)
• Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ (dependent on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service)
• Bonus: $5,000 hiring bonus, paid in $1,250 installments over 12 months (four 90‑day payouts of $1,250 each)
• Optional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay, and other applicable add‑ons.
• Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation in first two weeks)

• Off most weekends with a 34‑hour reset.
• Home time varies by division; this posting is for Division 290.

• Eligible drivers must be currently employed and actively driving.
• Must be currently employed for the entire 12‑month period; payouts are made every 90 days.
• Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience are not eligible.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Age 21 years or older.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of driving experience (flatbed).
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation (required).
• Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience.
