CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver at System Transport – Midland, TX

We are hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes. As a driver, you will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Transport goods on regional routes.
• Safely load, secure, and unload flatbed cargo.
• Maintain accurate logs and safety records.
• Ensure timely delivery and comply with DOT regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

• Weekly Pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 per week (full‑time).
  Annual Pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73 per year.
• Accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay.
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile.
• Transition package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of driving experience.
• Background check passed.
• Clean drug test and clearinghouse result.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
