Parts Runner - WTX

The Parts Runner/Shop Helper will be responsible for the pickup and safe delivery of a variety of parts and equipment. This position reports directly to the Parts Specialist Lead and also includes maintenance, receipt of deliveries, assistance to mechanics and technicians, and any other shop-related tasks.

• Receive shipments and log items.
• Travel throughout the Permian region to deliver parts and equipment.
• Operate a pallet jack or forklift.
• Assist technicians in the shop.
• Assist with vehicle fleet and shop maintenance.
• Handle safe and secure loading/unloading of trucks.
• Keep parts inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Present a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to internal customers and vendors.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager or supervisor.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform squatting, reaching, etc.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience driving in the Midland area (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal tactfully with a wide range of personalities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.
