CDL Driver

Job Summary:

Refined Completions is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious DOT Driver to transport chemical loads to customer well sites where our frac crews are operating. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, compliance with DOT regulations, and a willingness to work in a dynamic oil and gas environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles, ISO tanks, bumper pull and gooseneck trailers to transport chemical loads to well sites.

Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies as well as customer policies and safety requirements.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles remain in safe operating condition.

Load and unload chemical products as required.

Maintain accurate driver logs, trip records, and other required documentation.

Ensure proper handling and transport of hazardous materials when applicable.

Stay flexible and ready to adapt as schedules, locations, and operational needs change

Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and frac crews about load status, delivery timing, and field needs

Demonstrate a team-first attitude by assisting frac technicians and other operations team members as needed to support customer service, job execution, and overall operational success

During periods of non-driving activity, employees may be assigned additional duties including yard maintenance, equipment cleaning and organization, inventory support, facility upkeep, operational support, training activities, and other business-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Valid CDL (Class

A) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.

Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Working knowledge of DOT compliance, inspections, load securement, and driver paperwork

Experience operating or hauling various types of equipment such as ISO tanks, bumper pull trailers, and gooseneck trailers preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor maintenance, inspect equipment, and assist with troubleshooting in the field.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Must pass a DOT drug test and background check.
