SLB is seeking a Driver to join our team in Midland, Tx
. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of personnel, equipment, and materials while ensuring company vehicles are operated in accordance with applicable regulations, company standards, and journey management requirements. Reporting to the Driving Supervisor, you will support field operations through the reliable execution of transportation activities.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, perform routine vehicle inspections, and contribute to efficient operations by ensuring vehicles, equipment, and transportation processes are managed effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting critical business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities- Execute journey management activities in accordance with SLB policies and standards.
- Operate company vehicles safely while complying with DOT regulations and traffic laws.
- Perform pre-journey vehicle inspections and document required checks.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and transportation records.
- Verify vehicle readiness, including seat belt functionality and occupancy requirements.
- Report vehicle defects, incidents, and maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure proper use of PPE during loading and unloading activities.
- Secure and return company vehicle keys when vehicles are not in use.
- Valid CDL Class A driver's license required.
- Clean driving record and demonstrated history of safe vehicle operation.
- Knowledge of DOT laws, regulations, and transportation compliance requirements.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles in an industrial, logistics, or field environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic logging systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without company sponsorship.
