Pay Rate
" $17 $ 23/hr, depending on experience/EO level.
" EO Trainee - $17; E01 - $19; EO2 - $21; EO3 - $23

Summary
Role is bonus eligible.
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.
* Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
* Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
* Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
* Ensure individual and crew work safety.
* Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
* Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
* Maintain the required safety training.

Experience & Skills Required

• Mandatory:
  Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Open to any experience level, including newly licensed CDL drivers.
• Must be reliable, punctual, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to follow direction.

Education / Certifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.

Reimbursable Expenses

• Per Diem:
  Yes.
• Mileage:
  Yes, up to 300 miles each way (600 round-trip).
• Airfare:
  Provided when driving is not practical; however, local transportation (Uber, Lyft, etc.) is NOT reimbursed once in district.
• Housing:
  Man camp lodging provided while in Midland.
• $15/day per diem while in Kellyville, OK for NEST/HVT training; groceries and similar expenses are not reimbursed. Also, they may only submit hours for the days they are in class.

Rotation

• 15 days on / 6 days off.

• Primarily phone interviews.
• Local candidates may be invited onsite.
