Parts Runner - WTX

The Parts Runner/Shop Helper will be responsible for the pick-up and safe delivery of a variety of parts and equipment. This position will report directly to the Parts Specialist Lead. The Parts Runner s responsibilities will also include maintenance, receipt of deliveries, assist mechanics and technicians, as well as any other shop related tasks.

• Receive shipments and logging items
• Travel all over the Permian to deliver parts and equipment
• Operate a pallet jack or forklift
• Assist technicians in the shop
• Assist with vehicle fleet and shop maintenance
• Handle safe and secure loading/unloading of trucks
• Keep parts inventory and conduct cycle counts
• Present a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and vendors
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager or supervisor

• 1 year of experience in similar job, preferred
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Also able to squat, reach, etc.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience driving in Midland area, preferred
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and an ability to deal tactfully with a wide range of personalities
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check
