Deep Well Services is hiring Hotshot Drivers to support their operations in the Permian Basin, specifically in the Midland/Odessa area. These drivers play a crucial role in transporting equipment and personnel to various job sites, hotels, and company facilities, ensuring safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and flexible, with a willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours.

• Wages up to $24.00 per hour
• Paid travel (approximately 75% travel required)

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Class C Driver's License
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• At least 21 years of age
• 1-3 years of verifiable driving or related work experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work long, irregular hours including weekends and evenings
• Must meet company driving requirements for insurance eligibility
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
