The Lubricant Truck Driver will be responsible for hauling various products to and from designated customer locations utilizing a variety of class A equipment (flatbed, step-deck, tanker), advising customers on these products by applying knowledge of industrial lubricants and applications, and verifying and processing shipment documents.

- Valid class A driver's license with tanker endorsementand clean driving record (required).
- 2 years of class A driving experience (required).
- Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker-trailer (preferred).
- Strong safety background.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
- Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations.
- Ability to work effectively alone and within team setting.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
- Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check.
- Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Must be able to withstand the physical stressof working long hoursin inclement weather, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment and performing job functions.
- $22/hour to start, +$.50/hour for X endorsement.
- Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour.
- Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week.
- $300 sign-on bonus.
- Paid travel time to and from hitch (5-7 hours).
- $69/day per diem.
- Company-provided lodging.
- PTO in first year.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance available after 60 days of employment.
- 401k after a year of service with 4% company match.
- 2 weeks on/1 week offin parts of west Texas and southeast New Mexico, 12 hour shifts, day or night shifts available.
- Scheduled work location dependent on business need.
- Work locations include parts of West Texas (Midland/Odessa, Pecos, Orla), southeast New Mexico (Carlsbad, Jal, Hobbs).
- Must be able to travel to work locations to be considered for employment.
