• $21.50 - $22.00/hr, paid weekly every Friday

As a Delivery Driver with Road Runners Enterprises, you will:

• Report to our warehouse facility each morning for package loadout and route assignment
• Load and unload packages into your assigned delivery vehicle at the warehouse before and after each shift
• Complete delivery of 150-300 packages daily to residential and commercial addresses
• Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently and safely throughout your shift
• Conduct pre-trip safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle before departing the warehouse
• Adhere to all local and state driving regulations and company safety policies
• Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication with your driver support team
• Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery stop, representing Road Runners professionally
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and fellow drivers to resolve route challenges and ensure all deliveries are completed on time
• Assist teammates on rescue calls when a fellow driver needs support completing their route
• Start and end every shift at our warehouse location - no remote work or personal vehicle required

We welcome applicants with no prior delivery experience. If you meet the criteria below, we want to hear from you:

• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (No CDL required - this is a non CDL driver position)
• Must meet minimum age requirements for company vehicle operation (21+)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and across varied route environments
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and fellow drivers
• Ability to maintain pace in a fast-moving, detail-oriented delivery environment
• Prior commercial, DOT, or work-related driving experience is a plus - but not required
