CDL Drivers - 14/7 - Up to $30/hr - Midland, TX

Thomas is seeking experienced CDL Drivers to operate winch trucks, water trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles in the Midland, Texas region. This role involves hauling oilfield equipment and materials, navigating rural and high-traffic areas, and ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work rotational schedules in challenging environments.

• Wage: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Opportunities for overtime, weekend, night, and holiday work
• Participation in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings

• Valid CDL A licensure & CDL Medical Certificate
• Applicable endorsements for position (e.g., Tanker endorsement for Vacuum Truck Operators)
• Minimum 1-year experience for Winch Truck Operators
• Acceptable driving record per insurance guidelines
• 2 years verifiable operating experience
• Ability to work rotational and on-call schedules (14 days on/7 days off)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Successful completion of pre-hire tests, including drug testing, reference & criminal background checks, and MVR review
• Ability to continuously stand, walk, sit for long periods, push, pull, bend, stoop, and lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work outside in variable weather conditions
