The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Midland, TX. This position is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, unloading materials and equipment, and accurately packing orders for outbound shipments. The role involves maintaining inventory control, organizing stock, tracking materials, and ensuring that equipment and parts are stored safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Specialist will operate pallet jacks and other basic material-handling tools, follow safety procedures, and work closely with operations and field teams to support timely delivery of equipment and supplies.

This role requires attention to detail, consistent documentation of inventory movements, and a commitment to maintaining an orderly, safe warehouse environment.

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound materials accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Inventory Control to prepare orders, label materials, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Candidates should possess skills in Unloading and Pallet Jack operation to safely move, stage, and store equipment and supplies.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, and safely follow warehouse and equipment-handling procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations and field personnel.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience, preferably in energy or related sectors, is beneficial.
