Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Entry-Level Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support daily stock point operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in warehouse and industrial operations. The successful candidate will assist with mixing liquid mud, loading bulk materials, shipping and receiving palletized products, and operating forklifts while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Support daily stock point operations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Mix liquid mud and load bulk materials as required.
• Receive, inspect, and ship palletized products.
• Verify material orders for accuracy and proper quantities.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work effectively in the outdoor Permian Basin environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and a rotating schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience operating air compressors is a plus.
