Salary up to $140k + bonus (waiting to confirm bonus amount)
Must haves:
- Must come from Oil and Gas background
- If not O&G then manufacturing or aviation experience
- 15+ years of experience in complex inventory and warehouse management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and inventory operations across multiple locations while ensuring materials are available to support business needs.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies that improve accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize working capital.
- Oversee receiving, storage, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and material movement processes.
- Partner with operations, procurement, maintenance, and leadership teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory availability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory functions.
- Establish and track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, service levels, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
